Surveying Port can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment
Package is well-protected on pallet and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
As always, as soon as it is dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm the shipment and provide air waybill document and tracking number.
While we do our best to ensure you get your product delivered to your door the very next day, it is possible you may have to wait several days for your order to arrive.Delivery charges apply to most items, however are subject to value of order and location and any special offers applicable.
Any applicable delivery charges will be advised and click surveying may be required to speak to you before your order is dispatched.

a) Shipments are dispatched from Singapore to any place in the world.
b) Simply just inform our staff with your complete shipping address details, we will respond with a quote as soon as we can. Please send us an email with your Home / Mobile / Office phone number, so that we can add it to your shipping data. These informations will speed up the shipping process as the shipping agent can call you in case you are not present at your shipping address in the moment of delivery.
c) Order will be shipped out to your declared shipping address as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.
It takes within 24 hours for your order to be processed (to double check parcel content and to add extra gifts).
d) We generally ship the parcel with a trackable shipment with tracking number provided. Shipment can track online, we will provide you with a link to track your package online and traceable recorded delivery and you can track their progress via the couriers website.
c) We will inform estimate time of arrival depending on address destination, but it takes basically from 3 to 9 business days for your order to get into your address :
USA : From 3 to 5 business days.
Canada : From 3 to 5 business days
Australia : From 2 to 3 business days.
Western Europe : From 4 to 6 business days.
Eastern Europe : From 4 to 6 business days.
South America : From 5 to 7 business days.

d) All goods are shipped using proven packaging system, order package well-protected. All items purchased will be thoroughly inspected and shipped out in an expedited fashion. Whether you reside domestically or internationally, We guarantees the fastest and most efficient shipping service.
e) The couriers we use normally deliver between the hours of 9am and 6pm on working days. If you are not in when the couriers call, they will leave a card giving details of how you can arrange to pick up your order or have it redelivered. If you experience any problems give us a call and we will do our best to help out. term
If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase in the first 7 days of the delivery date, please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund towards the original form payment. Items must be return with original packaging materials, sales receipt or packing list, warrantee/registration cards and instruction manuals. We will not accept used products for return. With all returns shipping/handling is to be paid by the customer and is nonrefundable.
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip. Please send all returns via an insured and/or traceable carrier.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to our return departement.
